Relocation Guide
From the date of the establishment of Ireatly Relocation, we are positioning ourselves as a destination company who will support our customers mobile within China. Today, we have expanded our network and services to more than 30 cities across China, among which, we have our direct offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hefei.
According to the regulations of "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China", if the validity period of the administrative license obtained according to law should be extended, the application should be submitted 30 days prior to the expiration of the validity period of the administrative licensing. The application for extension of work permit shall be submitted 30 days before the expiration of the permit. Otherwise the new application will be required.
Required documents from the applicant
• Original passport with the valid residence permit - please ensure there is at least one blank visa page left on the passport
• Original work permit including the information inside the card
• Original temporary residence registration form (most updated)
Required documents from the company
• The Chinese labor contract
1. Application for Working Permit renewal in China, 10~15 working days;
2. Application for Residence Permit renewal in China, 7 working days;
Notice: Passport will be kept in the immigration office for 7 working days excluding the submission day, please refrain from any international trip before residence permit issued.
