Relocation Guide
From the date of the establishment of Ireatly Relocation, we are positioning ourselves as a destination company who will support our customers mobile within China. Today, we have expanded our network and services to more than 30 cities across China, among which, we have our direct offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hefei.
From April 1, 2017, if foreigners apply for a work permit in China, government authorities will ask for the original university diploma. If this diploma is not issued in China, then an extra authenticated or legalized copy of the diploma is necessary. At present, Shanghai Foreign Experts Bureau has approved the legalized certification materials issued by the following organizations:
(1) Chinese Consulate or Embassy in applicant’s own country
(2) Applicant’s Country’s Embassy or Consulate in China
(3) Authenticated by China Ministry of Education (MOE)
Note: If the applicant is already in China and does not want to fly back to the country to certify her/his foreign diploma, or the applicant’s country embassy/consulate is not able to provide the authenticated diploma document, then the applicant can choose the above option (3) for Authentication.
(1) Original and copy of valid passport and visa(s) (including the front page of the passport - personal information page and signature page of the applicant, all visa records, and entry and exit records during the study period). (Applicable for those whose diploma was obtained in a third country)
(2) The original academic certificate (diploma).
(3) The original academic transcript (optional).
(4) One (1) two-inch ID photo (size: 3.5CM × 4.5CM).
(5) Declaration statement signed by the applicant.
(6) Other documents required by the Overseas Student Service at the Ministry of Education.
