Who can apply:
To those who need to invest or settle in Shanghai
Documents required:
1.Original foreign driving license
2.Passport and valid visa for more than 3 months
The most updated temporary registration form
Procedures:
Step 1: Translation of foreign driver license by the authorized office, if the driver license is in Chinese, this step can be waived
Step 2: Health check examination at traffic administration bureau and Reservation of the traffic law exam
Step 3: Attend traffic law exam and the result can be obtained on the spot
Processing time:
Normal processing time: 1-2 weeks
