Relocation Guide
From the date of the establishment of Ireatly Relocation, we are positioning ourselves as a destination company who will support our customers mobile within China. Today, we have expanded our network and services to more than 30 cities across China, among which, we have our direct offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hefei.
Scope of application
Aliens working in China change their employing units, their jobs (occupations) remain unchanged, and their work-related residence permits are still in valid.
Required documents from the applicant
Original passport with the valid residence permit- please ensure there is at least one blank visa page left on the passport
Original de-registration sheet from Expert Bureau
Original release letter from previous company with the previous company stamp
Original bachelor diploma or above which needs to be notarized and authenticated (If A type, no need)
Original reference letter issued by previous employer, including at least 2 years relevant working experience
Original marriage certificate which need to be notarized and authenticated (if spouse will come together with you)
Original birth certificate which need to be notarized and authenticated (if kid will come together with you)
Original temporary residence registration form (most updated)
The Chinese labor contract
Procedure
1. Application for Working Permit cancellation, handled by previous company, 10~15 working days.
2. Application for new work permit, 10~15 working days.
3. Transfer the current residence permit to stay visa（M0 visa）, 7 working days.
4. Application for new residence permit, 7 working days.
Notice: Passport will be kept in the immigration office for 7 working days excluding the submission day, please refrain from any international trip before residence permit issued.
